Refund policy

1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns requested after 5 days will not be accepted.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or bank transfer (if applicable).


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Items returned after 5 days

  • Products without original packaging
